A neighbor who's been here.
A board member you can reach.
Scott Moser — running for the Northtown MUD Board of Directors, November 3, 2026.

Why I'm Running
Northtown deserves a board member who actually lives here.
I've called Northtown home for over 10 years. I drink this water, pay these rates, and know these streets. The MUD board makes decisions that affect every one of us — from what we pay each month to the parks our kids play in — and it matters that those decisions are made by someone with real skin in the game.
I'm running to bring fresh energy, community investment, and genuine transparency to a board that's never had to answer to its neighbors. It's time that changed.

Bringing forward-thinking services like curbside composting to the district — practical steps toward a greener neighborhood.

Protecting our rates and making sure every dollar the district spends is working for residents, not against them.
Learn more →Transparency & Access
A board member you can actually reach — not just during a two-minute public comment window once a month.

Request a yard sign, volunteer, or just say hello. I'm a neighbor — not a politician — and I'd love to hear from you.
